I have studied Ayurvedics, Cranio-Sacral, Reiki, Shiatsu & Swedish Massage, and various Healing Art Therapies. I am a Colorado Licensed Certified Massage Therapist, Spa Treatment Specialist, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, and Life Alignment Practitioner & Therapist.

I am a certified Humanity in Unity Teacher offering courses specifically designed for Self Mastery, Brain Illumination and creating a Meditation Practice for Daily Life. I volunteer my Professional Services and Reiki Healing Practice to LifeSpark Cancer Resources and their participants as well as lead weekly meditations for All.

Our Blissful Spirit Day Spa is located in our beautiful sunroom in the Historic Homestead.
