The Raindrop Technique combines the science of aroma therapy with Vita Flex, reflexology , massage etc., in the application of ultra-pure organically grown essential oils, applied to various areas of the body to bring structural, electrical and higher alignment to One's Being. It will also help to align and clear the energy centers of the body without using force or excessive pressure. A powerful healing and relaxation process begins when you combine the intelligence of the body, the oils and the electrical frequency! The oils may continue working on the body for up to 5-7days.

A “Kripalu style” body work massage relieves stress and soothes sores muscles. The muscle is gently stretched and manipulated. Deep Tissue, pressure point and myofacial techniques are incorporated into every massage targeting specific aches and syndromes. Expect a deeper touch and more stretching both actively and passively. Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stones massage is a body therapy performed on the massage table with smooth, warmed river stones heated in water and applied over the body. This application produces sensations of increased energy, relieves aching muscles and promotes healing. It is an energetic compliment to more traditional hands-on massage techniques. Energy moves throughout the body more efficiently and with minimal effort when touched by another. Heated stones are great holders of energy and the massage melts away tension and stress leaving contentment and energy in their place.

This treatment begins with a warm foot bath and the feet are soaked in either energizing peppermint salts or detoxifying Body Moor Mud. An exfoliating mud or herbal scrub is then massaged into the feet leaving your muscles relaxed with fresh, smooth skin. The feet and lower legs are massaged vigorously with a hydrating lotion helping to activate circulation, moisturize and enhance the appearance of the skin. A final spritz of calming rosewater or energizing peppermint essential oil is applied.

Therapeutic Touch

Therapeutic Touch, a contemporary interpretation of several ancient healing practices, is a consciously directed process of energy exchange during which the practitioner uses the hands as a focus for facilitating healing. This technique was first brought to our attention as a modern healing method by Delores Kreiger, Ph. D., RN., and colleague Dora Kunz, in the early 1970's. Therapeutic Touch is being taught and practiced throughout the world today and is being accepted as a nursing intervention in an increasing number of hospitals.

Craniosacral work is a holistic healing practice, which uses extremely light finger pressure to optimize a movement pattern in the body known as the "cranial wave". There are seven energy centers in the human body known as "CHAKRAS". Each chakra affects different parts of the body. Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy combines classical hatha yoga and elements of contemporary mind-body psychology to facilitate a powerful release of physical and emotional tension. A Yoga Therapy Session is a one-on-one process lasting one-and-a-half hours. Through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue, practitioners guide clients to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves.
