The Raindrop Technique combines the science of aroma therapy with Vita Flex, reflexology, massage, etc., in the application of ultra-pure organically grown essential oils to various areas of the body to bring structural, electrical, and higher alignment to One's Being. Chakra Balance

There are seven energy centers in the human body known as "CHAKRAS". Each chakra affects different parts of the body. Chakra balancing works to identify chakras that are out of balance and to re-establish balance. When chakras are not vibrating or spinning properly the life force, "Chi", or energy flow slows down. You may feel depressed, out of touch, unable to think clearly resulting in anger for no reason, feeling afraid, unhappy, lacking confidence, or a general negative outlook. Individual or small class instruction is available. The individual yoga instruction will be developed to best fulfill your body, mind, and spirit needs with an Ayurvedic approach. This class is practiced in a beautiful warm sunlit space and is a counterbalance to the more dynamic and active styles (yang) of yoga. Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy combines classical hatha yoga and elements of contemporary mind-body psychology to facilitate a powerful release of physical and emotional tension. A Yoga Therapy Session is a one-on-one process lasting one-and-a-half hours. Through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue, practitioners guide clients to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves. Each wrap uses a therapeutic customized complex of essential oils to meet your specific needs. The Garshan is a traditional Ayurvedic dry massage that refreshes and stimulates the skin and lymphatic system, enhancing blood circulation and the release of accumulated toxins. This purifying massage removes excess Kapha dosha and strengthens the digestive fire. The entire body is dry brushed using long sweeping strokes, circular movements, and gentle with light or harder pressure where appropriate all towards the heart center.
